 - The full ownership for all immaterial rights regarding our products, spare parts, service, patent, design, brand, and copyright, belongs to U-sim Motion®

- Every unit is hand crafted with custom mounts for desired gear! Please, contact us to find the best solution to your needs! We will make you an offer for your desired custom setup and after you agree and payment is done we will start to build your dream rig. You will get updates along the way and when your build is complete we will ship to you via DHL!  

Customers are responsible for paying local VAT, import and customs duty, other taxes as well as inbound brokerage charges and keeping up to date with local laws. 

 - For now we only ship in all Europe countries between 30 - 90 days from the moment of your pre-order!      

 - U-sim Motion will not accept returns if you regret your purchase! We made content available where you can see U-sim Delta in action and we are trying to be on point with every information you need before buying! ----> Feel free to ask any question at www.u-simmotion.com/contact or usimmotion@gmail.com! Every unit is tested before sending to customer so a delivered faulty unit will not be the case!      

 - A warranty of 24 months will apply for Seat ,Motors and Motion Box and those parts will be replaced free of charge with new ones if they fail in the Warranty period of time. Warranty will not be applied for user error. 

- Our units are not toys and we want to make sure you are aware of this!  

-U-sim Motion is not responsible for :  Damage due to user negligence, bad maintenance, injuries/damage caused by not using U-sim Motion Simulator properly!
